Rules and Equipment

Course and difficulty

The course is designed that runner has to be almost independent, so call semi-autonomy. The time spent (regardless of the distance between them) between check points can be very long. Only in CP can gain liquid and energy for next stage, there are not any sources in mountains. There is possible use drop bag for the 42km and 75 km.

Participants has to follow strictly mandatory equipment and certain rules otherwise may be disqualified. Before and during the event will be random check of your gear, if you will miss any mandatory equipment you may not continue without it. You can let any garbage in Checkpoints, but don’t pollute on course.​

  • Headlamp charged or with a

  • Hydration Bag min 1.5 l

  • Basecap or Headware as sunscreen

  • Medic First Aid (Bandaid, Plaster, Betadine)

  • Powerbar, snacks (nuts, Glucose)

  • sunscreen

RULES

  • run with others BIB or give BIB to someone else is absolutely not tolerated

  • take photos in narrow areas is prohibited

  • block faster runners!

  • if you want pass front runners please inform him/her first

  • wear hat or visor is not recommended (due to limited vision for branches, wear BUFF is very recommended)

  • The cut off times will be strictly implemented.

  • Late participants who will arrive within 10 minutes after the starting time will still be allowed to run but the cut off times will NOT be adjusted. Anyone who will arrive beyond 10 minutes will be tagged as DNS (Did Not Start).

  • STRICTLY NO LITTERING from start to finish! Also, bring your own portable cup, spoon and forks that you can use when drinking or eating at the aid stations.

  • While the race is in progress, runners who decide NOT TO CONTINUE due to their own reasons shall express their intent or decision in the nearest Aid station. The race marshal assigned to such station will list down the names and BIB #. The runners will therefore be given the DNF (Did Not Finish) status. They can opt to take any available transportation back to the starting / finish line at their own expense.

  • Likewise, any runner who will not make it to the intermediate cut off or finish line, shall be tagged as DNF. Race entitlements shall only be given to those who will finish the race.

  • Anyone caught CHEATING, including the act of sabotaging trail markers for personal advantage shall be subject to disqualification.

BIB with RFID CHIP

  • BIB number include RFID chip – it is mandatory wear BIB number in front of body in check points and finish line. Your BIB number include RFID chip which need scan by staff in each station (!!!), please be patient and assist show them your BIB.
